Project
Management

NHTI project managers (PMs) are
trained in all facets of the work and NHTI
project management fundamentals before they are assigned to
any project. Our ISO 9001 certification and all supporting
quality and management components are installed within the
NHTI Project Manager Training Program.
Successful NHTI PMs must first exhibit
superior technical expertise and knowledge of the work before
they are selected to join the ranks of approved project managers.
PM training includes instructions on safety, NHTI
ISO 9001 quality procedures, PM responsibilities, contract
law, insurance and labor law, financial principles and reports,
budget tracking, schedule development, and documentation procedures
- all in the effort to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure
that all contractual requirements are met with the highest
standards and by the most cost-effective means possible.
NHTI project managers are also knowledgeable of customer-mandated
standards, protocols and requirements. They recognize the
importance of the customer's proprietary method of procedures
(MOPs), design standards, installation practices, chain-of-command,
and security.
NHTI project managers are supported by a well-trained NHTI
administrative and technical support staff, which provides
resources to get the job done, on budget and on schedule.
NHTI project managers can rely on the extensive experience
of NHTI to develop acceptable solutions to all problems encountered,
and will conduct themselves as professionals in all dealings
with customers and other professionals on the project.
NHTI project managers can manage NHTI personnel, NHTI subcontractors
or customer-selected vendors, and can eliminate the need for
third party, redundant management firms. Our project managers
average more than ten years of field experience and knows
how a successful project starts and ends.
