SITE ACQUISITION

Another service we provide is site acquisition, ranging from easements, long-term lease agreements, and special use permits.  Our team is experienced in negotiating access with private landowners and government agencies.  We have successfully obtained sites in areas that are generally difficult to acquire; these include the following:

• Bureau of Indian Affairs Tribal Land
• Conservation Easements
• Federal Land Use

As part of site acquisition, we can provide NEPA, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments.
